Volume Control provides automated convenience over your phone's volume.
Volume Control is split into 2 main sections, your "Current settings" and your "Presets". Your current settings are displayed on the main screen of the app and can be changed on the fly. Presets allow you to create predefined settings that can be applied on-demand or on a specific schedule.

You can automatically silence any incoming calls and notification sounds with presets. Simply create a preset with a "Time schedule" that's set to a specific time of the day and day(s) of the week. The preset should also include a "Ringer mode" setting that's set to "Silent". This will silence the ringer and notification volumes at night. Unfortunately, it's not possible to prevent notification vibrations through Volume Control due to changes made by Google on newer versions of Android. Guide: How presets work
